You'll manage CapEx and continuous improvement projects end-to-end: engineering designs, PLC and automation upgrades, equipment troubleshooting, and layout optimization to maximize throughput. If you're bilingual, CAD-savvy, and thrive on solving real production problems, this is your next challenge.
? 5-8 years in project management/process improvement (foam and fibre manufacturing preferred)
? Robust automation, CIM, and AutoCAD experience
? Bilingual (English/French)
? Up to $90K + RRSP match + full health, dental & vision
? 100% on-site, Laval, QC
