Our client is a well-established and highly respected General Contractor with over 35 years of experience delivering commercial, industrial, tenant improvement, multifamily residential, and custom construction projects across British Columbia. With a strong reputation for quality, collaboration, and client service, they are looking to add a Project Manager to their growing Okanagan team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage commercial and multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Negotiate and administer subcontract agreements while managing subcontractor performance.
- Review and coordinate shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and manpower plans.
- Monitor project costs, complete monthly financial reporting, and ensure projects remain on budget.
- Prepare scopes of work and oversee procurement activities.
- Chair project meetings and maintain clear communication between all stakeholders.
- Supervise project teams and provide leadership throughout the construction process.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

- 3+ years of Project Management experience within commercial and/or multifamily residential construction.




- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Experience managing RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with WorkSafeBC safety standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project.
- Experience with Vista by Viewpoint is considered an asset.
- PMP designation, Business Degree, or equivalent qualifications are considered assets.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
