- Role: Project Manager – Encryption Enablement Program Domain: Banking / Financial Services / Enterprise Security Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and drive enterprise-wide Encryption Enablement Programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering encryption and data protection initiatives across multiple business applications,
infrastructure platforms, databases, and cloud environments.
The role requires strong project management expertise, stakeholder management skills, cybersecurity knowledge, and experience managing complex technology transformation initiatives in highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of encryption enablement initiatives across applications, databases, file systems, cloud platforms, and infrastructure.
Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs, governance reports, and executive dashboards.
Coordinate with Information Security, Infrastructure, Application Development, Cloud, Network, and Business teams to ensure successful delivery.
Track encryption compliance requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise security standards.
Manage dependencies across multiple technology teams and vendors.
Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and stakeholder communications.
Monitor project risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
Drive project planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and status reporting.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and audit requirements related to data protection and encryption.
Coordinate application assessments and remediation activities for encryption implementation.
Support vulnerability management, security risk assessments, and compliance initiatives.
Manage deployment schedules, testing activities, production rollouts, and post-implementation support.
Drive continuous process improvement and automation opportunities within the program.
Required Skills Senior years of Project/Program Management experience.
Strong experience leading Security, Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity Programs.
Experience managing Encryption Enablement or Data Protection initiatives.
Strong knowledge of: Data-at-Rest Encryption

Key Management Systems (KMS)
TLS/SSL Certificates
PKI Infrastructure
HSM (Hardware Security Modules)
Tokenization and Data Masking
Experience with cloud platforms: AWS

Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and controls.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience managing large-scale enterprise projects in Agile and Waterfall environments.
