Project Manager Required In Essex GVR Solutions is currently working alongside a well-established main contractor with a turnover of £6.5m, who focus on Commercial and Industrial Refurbishment projects in Essex valued between £500k – £1m. Due to continuous and positive growth they are in the market for an experienced Project Manager that has a proven background in the Commercial and Industrial market.

As Project Manager, Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Dealing with the full life cycle of the project – from being awarded the job to handover and final account
- Day to day running of a project
- Cost management
- Programme management
- visiting sites and having the confidence to deal with big clients
- Manage the teams on the ground




- Solid leadership to have limited hierarchy with a silent undertone that they do know who’s running the project.

The Project Manager Must Have/be

- Professional and presentable, with a driven, proactive approach to work
- Commercially astute
- Experience on Commercial or Industrial projects is advantageous
- An understanding of the programming system Builder Trend
- A high level of quality control
- Excellent understanding of Health & Safety requirements
- Good communication skills as well as the ability to liaise with the client
- Documentation & reporting skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
