- Painting and touch-ups
- Door, trim, and hardware Installation and repairs
- General plumbing maintenance and troubleshooting
- General electrical safety knowledge
- Closet door install and repairs
- Cabinetry repairs
- Property inspections and preventative maintenance
- Unit turnovers
- General property and building repairs and maintenance
- Groundskeeping
What We're Looking For:
- Broad hands-on experience across multiple areas of property maintenance and repair
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Professional communication and attention to detail
- Sound judgment regarding when specialized or regulated work requires referral to a licensed professional
Requirements:
- Valid G driver's licence
- Ability to travel between properties
- Experience working in occupied residential and commercial environments
- Clean Criminal Record Check
