Property Maintenance & Safety Attendant Full-Time | Abbotsford, Mission, Surrey & Vancouver

At HyLand Properties, your work has a meaningful impact. We're seeking a reliable, hands-on team member based in Abbotsford to help maintain safe, clean, and professionally managed residential and commercial properties across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. What You'll Do

Maintain the cleanliness of buildings, grounds, and parking lots.

Remove garbage, debris, and abandoned materials.

Monitor safety concerns and respond appropriately.

Complete minor maintenance repairs.

Perform seasonal duties including light snow removal, salting, window cleaning, and light groundskeeping.

Complete inspections, reports, and documentation. What You'll Bring

Experience in property maintenance, building operations, cleaning, caretaking, security, or a related field.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.





Robust communication and customer service skills.

Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Basic computer and mobile device proficiency.

BC Security Workers Licence with Security Guard endorsement preferred.

First Aid and WHMIS Certification are assets.
