Job Title: QA Lead – Quadient Inspire (Banking Domain)

Location: Toronto, ON (2-4 days Hybrid)

Contract: Long Term Job Summary We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in Quadient Inspire (formerly GMC Inspire) to lead quality assurance activities for document composition and customer communication management (CCM) applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in the banking or financial services domain, leading QA teams, creating test strategies, and ensuring high-quality document generation across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities

Lead the QA team for Quadient Inspire/CCM projects.

Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.

Validate document generation for print, PDF, email, SMS, and digital channels.

Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and UAT testing.

Verify document layouts, formatting, templates, barcodes, QR codes, images, and variable data.

Ensure data mapping and business rules are accurately implemented in Quadient Inspire.

Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to understand requirements.

Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.





Review test execution reports and provide quality metrics to stakeholders.

Mentor QA team members and ensure QA best practices are followed.

Support production validation and post-deployment testing.

Required

Skills

8+ years of QA experience with at least 2+ years as a QA Lead.

Hands-on experience testing Quadient Inspire (GMC Inspire) applications.

Strong knowledge of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions.

Experience testing document composition, templates, workflows, and output validation.

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

Robust SQL skills for backend data validation.

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.

Knowledge of document archival systems and print production processes.

Experience with API testing using Postman or SoapUI.

Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium is an advantage.

Experience working in CI/CD environments
