Quadient Developer – Quadient Inspire, Customer Communications Management & Document Automation

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Minimum 3 Days per Week in Office

Role Overview

- Experienced Quadient Developer to design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using the Quadient Inspire platform
- Create dynamic, personalized, and high-volume customer communications across multiple channels
- Support enterprise communication and digital transformation initiatives

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop customer communication templates and workflows using Quadient Inspire
- Build dynamic, personalized communications for print, email, and digital channels
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and formatting for document generation
- Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems including APIs, databases, and file-based feeds
- Ensure performance and scalability for high-volume batch and real-time processing
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Validate document layouts, formatting, and output accuracy
- Support testing activities including unit testing, system testing, and UAT
- Troubleshoot issues related to document composition, formatting, and data integration
- Follow development standards, governance, and best practices




- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Customer Communication Management (CCM)
- Solid expertise in Quadient Inspire including Scaler, Designer, and Interactive
- Experience with template design, data mapping, and output generation
- Knowledge of multi-channel communication delivery including print, email, SMS, and digital channels
- Experience with APIs, file-based integrations, and data transformation
- Familiarity with XML, XSLT, or scripting used in document composition
- Understanding of high-volume batch processing and performance optimization
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience in financial services or insurance domain
- Exposure to cloud platforms including Azure or AWS
- Knowledge of document archiving and ECM platforms such as OnBase
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Experience with other CCM tools such as OpenText Exstream or EngageOne
