Role Description

Canada Life is seeking an experienced Quadient Developer to design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using the Quadient Inspire platform. This role focuses on creating dynamic, personalized, and high-volume customer communications across multiple channels, supporting enterprise communication and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop customer communication templates and workflows using Quadient Inspire.
- Build energetic, personalized communications for print, email, and digital channels.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and formatting for document generation.
- Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems,



including:
- APIs
- Databases
- File-based feeds
- Ensure performance and scalability for high-volume batch and real-time processing.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Validate document layouts, formatting, and output accuracy.
- Support testing activities including:
- Unit Testing
- System Testing
- UAT
- Troubleshoot issues related to document composition, formatting, and data integration.
- Follow development standards, governance, and best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
