We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust test automation solutions within a fast-paced banking workplace. This role will focus on automation-first testing practices, ensuring regulatory-compliant software delivery, and supporting quality engineering across complex digital and core banking platforms.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth in automation frameworks, hands-on experience in test design and execution, and working domain knowledge in banking/financial services.

Required Qualifications / Experience

6–10+ years in QA/Test Engineering, with strong focus on test automation.

Proven experience implementing and maintaining automation solutions in banking/financial services or other highly regulated domains.





Track record of moving projects from predominantly manual testing to automation-first approaches (at an individual contributor or senior engineer level).

Technical

Skills

Strong expertise in programming languages: Python, Java, or JavaScript.

Hands-on experience with:

Automation frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent.

API testing tools: Postman, REST Assured, or similar.

CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or comparable tools.

Version control: Git-based repositories (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).

Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for test execution, environment setup, or pipeline integration is a plus.
