We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Real Estate Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate transactions and a passion for providing exceptional support in real estate legal matters.

As a Real Estate Paralegal you will:

- Prepare residential real estate files in their entirety including conveyancing and mortgage documents
- Correspond with clients, lenders, condo managers, law firms and other relevant parties
- Work closely with the supervising lawyer and other team members
- Prepare reports to clients, lenders and other relevant parties

Our ideal candidate would be an experienced and energetic real estate paralegal that can succeed working independently and in a collaborative team setting. Strong attention to detail, excellent time management and communication skills, and an eagerness to learn are imperative to success in this role.

Minimum Requirements:

- Experience with mortgage instructions from all lenders.




- Experience with Protocol, Conventional and title insurance closings for resale transactions, new home purchases and new condo purchases.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Three (3) + years of experience handling residential real estate files in Alberta.
- Experience using document preparation software such as Leap, Unity or Resolve
- Paralegal/Legal Assistant Diploma from a recognized institution is an asset
