Acadia Refrigeration & A/C (1997) Ltd. is looking for a friendly, dependable Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing great customer service, and can stay organized in a quick-paced setting. If you're the type of person who greets people with a smile, likes helping others, and is willing to jump in wherever needed, we'd love to hear from you.

Experience is great, but attitude matters more. We're happy to train the right person.

What You'll Do

- Answer phones and direct calls
- Greet customers and visitors
- Assist with filing, data entry, and general administrative duties
- Respond to customer inquiries and messages
- Support our team with a variety of day-to-day office tasks

What We're Looking For

- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Robust customer service and people skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems




- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who is willing to go the extra mile for customers and coworkers
- Experience with the Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) is an asset
- Previous reception or administrative experience is an asset, but not required
- Quick learner with a willingness to learn new skills and processes
