Nous sommes un garage à Pierrefonds et recherchons deux ou trois réceptionnistes temporaires pour un poste à temps plein (56 heures par semaine).

Nos heures d'ouverture sont de 7 h 45 à 18 h du lundi au vendredi et de 7 h 45 à 12 h 30 le samedi.

Nous étudierons les candidatures de personnes pouvant travailler à temps plein, le matin seulement, l'après-midi seulement ou selon une combinaison de ces horaires.

Le contrat débuterait en août et se terminerait à la fin novembre.

La disponibilité pour travailler quelques samedis matin serait un atout.

Exigences

Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.

Connaissances informatiques de base (Windows). Aucune application particulière n'est requise.

Tâches

Accueil, facturation et encaissement des clients.

Prise de rendez-vous par téléphone.

Appel aux clients existants pour planifier ou confirmer des rendez-vous. Fourniture d'informations sur nos services aux clients intéressés (pas de démarchage téléphonique).

We are a garage in Pierrefonds looking for two or three temporary receptionists to fill 56 hours per week.

Our opening hours are 7:45AM to 6:00PM Monday to Friday and 7:45AM to 12:30PM on Saturday.

We will consider candidates that can work full days, mornings only, afternoons only or a combination of the three.

The contract would begin in August and end at the end of November.

Flexibility to work a few Saturday mornings would be an asset.

Requirements

Fluency in both English and French.

Basic computer literacy (Windows). No requirement for any specific applications.

Duties

Receiving, billing and taking payments from customers.

Making appointments over the phone.

Calling existing clients to schedule or confirm appointments . Providing sales information to interested customers (no cold calling)

Job Types: Part time, Seasonal

Pay: $19.25 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate

- Pierrefonds, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
