We're currently seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and service-driven Receptionist / Member Service Representative to join our team full-time.

Position Overview

As the first point of contact for our members, the Receptionist / Member Service Representative plays a key role in delivering a welcoming and professional experience—both in person and over the phone. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in the financial services industry, and a passion for helping people.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet members and visitors warmly, creating a positive and skilled first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide accurate information on credit union products and services.
- Assist members with a wide range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers.
- Perform daily cash balancing and ensure accurate handling of funds.




- Support the member service team with administrative duties and daily operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold all credit union policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a receptionist or member service role, ideally within the financial industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working with cash and completing balancing procedures.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
