Our Halifax location is looking for a full-time receptionist/spa attendant. The ideal candidate has experience working in a spa or customer service environment and understands the needs of clients and co-workers alike.
Ability to multi task and take direction is critical to the role. Experience with Milano Spa Software is an asset. If you are looking for a part-time position within a friendly team environment and you love dealing with the public this could be the right role for you.
Job responsibilities include
· Answering phones and attending to clients
· Scheduling appointments
· Routine cleaning tasks
· Miscellaneous tasks as needed to support your coworkers
· Handling cash and credit/debit transactions
· Record keeping e.g. Inventory, daily sales
· Organization of files and consent forms
