Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team for a maternity leave position starting in December but potential to start earlier. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their oral health and comfort. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other dental professionals.

Your Role:

- Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care

- Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients

- Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling

- Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients’ expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and skilled behaviour

About You:

- Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required

- Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body is required

- Valid CPR certification is required

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
