Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s specific needs and health conditions
- Maintain a welcoming and qualified atmosphere, ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit
- Assess client health history and discuss treatment goals to develop customized therapy plans
- Use appropriate techniques to reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend follow-up treatments or lifestyle adjustments as needed
- Keep detailed records of each session, including treatment notes and client progress




- Adhere to all safety protocols, hygiene standards, and industry regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff

Qualifications

- Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist with the relevant regulatory body
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and wellness
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and listen attentively to client concerns
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and foster trust with diverse clients
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary
