Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Registered Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic massage services focused on recovery, pain relief, relaxation, and overall well-being. Located in the heart of Lakeview right on Lakeshore Road E, our new and recently renovated clinic serves both active individuals and members seeking recovery and wellness support in a welcoming, client-focused environment.

Strong communication and customer service skills are essential to creating a positive experience and delivering personalized treatments tailored to each client’s needs.

Duties

- Perform therapeutic massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities.
- Assess client conditions and discuss treatment plans to ensure optimal results.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients during each session.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress on JaneApp.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices to enhance ongoing health benefits.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns.
- Promote additional wellness services offered by the facility to enhance client satisfaction.

Experience

- New grads and experienced RMT's are welcome!




- Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous for understanding client conditions and treatment documentation.
- Strong customer service skills are essential to create a welcoming environment and foster client loyalty.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary for effectively discussing treatment plans and addressing client needs.
- Registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

Hours of Work Hours are flexible. We're especially interested in candidates who can offer some evening and weekend availability in addition to daytime hours.
