Responsibilities

- Perform personalized massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage.
- Assess clients’ health history and discuss their wellness goals to develop effective treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records in compliance with health regulations and clinic standards.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend follow-up treatments or exercises to support ongoing wellness.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and safety guidelines.




- Communicate clearly with clients throughout sessions to ensure comfort and address any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to provide comprehensive care.

Requirements

- Valid registration and licensure as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Solid knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health assessments.
- Excellent communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and team members.
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly, empathetic approach that puts clients at ease.
- Ability to explain treatment procedures clearly and answer client questions confidently.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional standards of practice.
