Responsibilities

- Provide personalized massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their health history, concerns, and treatment goals
- Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records in accordance with licensing and clinic policies
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or referrals when necessary
- Ensure a clean, safe,



and comfortable treatment environment adhering to health and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, address questions, and foster trust and satisfaction
- Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development

Skills

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Clear communication skills to effectively explain treatments and listen actively to client needs
