- Implement AgeCare policies and collaborate with Registered Nurse
- Liaise with physicians and healthcare partners
- Direct Personal Support Workers in care tasks
- Participate in shift reports regarding resident status
- Support residents in their daily living requirements Requirements:
- Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations
- Experience in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing
