Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Répartiteur(trice) pour le quart de soir dévoué et enthousiaste pour se joindre à notre équipe. Dans ce rôle, vous serez chargé de gérer efficacement les ramassages et les livraisons, d'assurer un service rapide et de maintenir une communication efficace avec les chauffeurs.

Horaire: Lundi au vendredi de 14h00 à 22h30

Principales responsabilités

- Répartir les ramassages et les livraisons aux chauffeurs de manière rapide et efficace, en assurant une gestion optimale des opérations de transport de Van Load et Containers
- Gérer une flotte de 15 à 30 chauffeurs, en veillant à une coordination fluide et à la maximisation de leur productivité
- Assurer une communication fluide avec les chauffeurs en tout temps
- Assurer un service ponctuel pour tous les ramassages et livraisons, en respectant des horaires stricts
- Fournir aux conducteurs leurs horaires de travail pour faciliter une planification et une coordination efficaces
- Planifier les tâches pour le jour suivant afin de maximiser l’efficacité et la productivité
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe afin de contribuer au bon fonctionnement des opérations de transport

Qualifications

- Bilingue (Français et anglais)
- 1 an d'expérience dans un rôle similaire de répartition
- Experience avec les Containers et van load
- Connaissances du domaine du transport
- Maîtrise des systèmes et logiciels informatiques
- Solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes




- Excellentes capacités d'organisation pour gérer efficacement des tâches multiples

This position offers an excellent chance for a candidate seeking a dynamic and stimulating environment! We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Evening shift Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing pickups and deliveries, ensuring prompt service and maintaining effective communication with drivers. If you have experience in Container and Van Load dispatch, and enjoy a challenge, send us your CV.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm

Main Responsibilities

- Dispatch pickups and deliveries to drivers quickly and efficiently, ensuring optimal management of Van Load and Container transport operations
- Manage a fleet of 15 to 30 drivers,



ensuring smooth coordination and maximum productivity
- Maintain clear and continuous communication with drivers at all times
- Ensure on-time service for all pickups and deliveries while adhering to strict schedules
- Provide drivers with their work schedules to facilitate effective planning and coordination
- Plan tasks for the following day to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Perform any other related tasks to contribute to the smooth operation of transport services

Qualifications

- Bilingual (French and English)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar dispatch role
- Experience in Container and van loads
- Knowledge of the transportation industry
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
