Job Summary

We are looking to hire 2 to 3 skilled Residential Carpenters to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscaping, decks/ fences, finishing and a solid background in residential carpentry. This is a hands on role for people who want steady work and the chance to grow with a busy Edmonton builder. Positions start as a 3 to 4 week working trial that converts to a permanent spot for the right fit.

Responsibilities

- Run and/or work with a crew on various residential construction projects.
- Perform framing, finishing, flooring, cabinet installs, roofing, decks/fences, and landscaping tasks
- Ensure all work is completed according to quality standards and timelines
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers
- Prepare, move, and organize materials and tools on site. Keep work areas clean, safe, and ready.
- Travel reliably to and between job sites.

Experience

- Proven 2 to 4 years experience in residential carpentry.
- Background in landscaping, decks and fences, or finishing carpentry preferred
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools.





Requirements

- Must supply your own hand tools.
- Must have your own vehicle and be able to drive.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Hours and Pay

- 44 to 55 hours per week.
- $15 to $32 per hour depending on experience and skill.
- Hourly subcontractor arrangement preferred.
