Job Summary

We are hiring a Construction Labourer to assist with daily job-site operations, support skilled trades, and help keep projects running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to grow their skills in residential construction.

Responsibilities

- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Prepare and clean job sites at the start and end of each day
- Assist carpenters and other tradespeople with tasks as needed
- Perform general labour duties (carrying materials, debris removal, basic site prep)




- Operate basic hand tools and help with equipment setup
- Assist with installation of windows, doors, and siding when required
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE at all times

Requirements

- Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather
- Previous construction or labour experience is an asset (not required)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Min. 2 Years construction experience
- Able to operate tools

Schedule

- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- 7:30am–4:30pm

Compensation

- From $20.00 per hour
- Paid weekly
