Position Summary The Residential Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential rental properties. This includes overseeing property operations, tenant relations, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations while maximizing occupancy and protecting the value of the properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of residential properties.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and property inspections.
- On-site property inspections twice yearly.
- Oversee leasing, tenant screening, move-ins, and lease renewals.
- Collect rent and monitor arrears.
- Manage operating budgets and approve expenses.
- Coordinate contractors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and residential tenancy regulations.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of residential property management experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with budgeting and property management software.
- Valid driver's license.
