Responsibilities

- Perform cleaning and debris removal using various cleaning techniques and equipment to prepare sites for restoration.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for demolition, repair, and reconstruction tasks.
- Assist with construction projects such as drywall installation, flooring, painting, and other repair work to restore damaged areas.
- Apply restoration techniques including water extraction, mold remediation, and fire damage cleanup to ensure thorough recovery.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while operating tools and handling hazardous materials.




- Document work progress accurately and communicate effectively with team members and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.

Skills

- Experience with cleaning procedures, including debris removal and sanitation practices.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, saws, and wrenches.
- Knowledge of construction processes and experience working on renovation or repair projects is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with restoration methods for water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, or related fields.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently in a variety of job settings.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.
- Good physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and performing manual labor.
