Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to create a welcoming shopping atmosphere
- Assist customers in selecting products by understanding their needs and offering tailored recommendations
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and usage tips effectively
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments with efficiency
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring product availability
- Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Support inventory management through stock counts,



product organization, and logging shipments
- Demonstrate technical sales experience by explaining product specifications and answering technical questions confidently
- Utilize organizational skills to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications

- Previous retail sales experience or familiarity with technology sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey product information clearly and confidently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, stocking shelves, and conducting product demos
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and proactive approach to assisting shoppers
- Experience with merchandising, cashiering, or retail operations is a plus but not mandatory
