Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Testing and Quality Assurance Analyst to support healthcare information system testing initiatives for Shared Health under the Ministry of Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test scenarios, scripts, and cases to validate functional and non-functional requirements. This role requires strong experience in healthcare application testing, system integration testing, data validation, OpenID Connect testing, and collaboration with multiple testing and development teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Quality Assurance experience within healthcare environments and possess industry-recognized testing and project management certifications.

Mandatory

Certifications (Pass/Fail) Candidates Must Provide Proof Of The Following Certifications PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner Certification

Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP) Associate Level or higher recognized by the International Institute for Software Testing (IIST) Key Responsibilities & Deliverables Test Planning, Design & Execution

Develop and execute comprehensive

Test scenarios

Test scripts

Test cases

Functional and non-functional validation plans

Ensure testing activities demonstrate compliance with business and system requirements.





Analyze requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.

Perform detailed application testing to validate:

Functionality

Business workflows

Data accuracy

System behavior

User experience

Healthcare Application Testing

Perform testing for healthcare information systems supporting administrative and clinical processes.

Develop detailed healthcare-focused test scenarios and execution plans.

Validate application functionality and business processes within healthcare environments.

Conduct data validation testing to ensure accuracy and completeness of healthcare information.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to confirm system outcomes meet operational requirements.

Integration & Interface Testing

Test integrations between enterprise systems and applications.

Execute interface validation activities and identify defects.

Provide feedback, requirements clarification, and recommendations to interface development teams.

Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and functional areas.

Manage testing dependencies across integrated systems.

OpenID Connect & Security Testing

Execute OpenID Connect testing activities including:

Test script execution

Workflow validation

Configuration testing

Desktop application testing

Mobile application testing

Validate authentication and identity workflows.

Identify and document security-related testing issues.

Quality Assurance Documentation & Collaboration

Create and maintain detailed QA documentation.

Track defects, test results, and validation outcomes.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project teams, and other QA resources.

Provide clear reporting on testing progress, risks, issues, and outcomes.
