Role: RPA Blue Prism Developer

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 Days WFO)

Duration: 6–12 Months Contract

Experience Required: 6–8 Years Total IT Experience

Pay: CAD 55-60/Hr.

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Blue Prism Developer with strong expertise in Blue Prism development, Virtual Machines, and Active Directory. The ideal candidate will have experience working in regulated enterprise environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Experience

- 6+ years of overall IT development experience.
- 4+ years of Blue Prism development experience.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience delivering Blue Prism development projects.

Responsibilities

- Set up current Virtual Machines and perform process testing.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve Blue Prism-related issues.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and RBC teams to manage project dependencies.
- Coordinate project activities with onsite and offshore teams.
- Work in a highly regulated, change-controlled environment with strong attention to detail.
- Prioritize workload effectively and support team members as needed.
- Create and maintain support documentation and Knowledge Base articles.
- Participate in team meetings.
