Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, helping create an exceptional experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

- Clean and service guest rooms according to company standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and guest amenities.
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms.
- Restock housekeeping carts and maintain cleaning supplies.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly.
- Ensure all assigned rooms are completed within established timeframes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Respond to guest requests courteously and professionally.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and other departments.

Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an asset but not required.




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 lbs (11 kg).
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Adaptable availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
