- 4+ years of Blue Prism developer experience.

- 6+ years of total IT development experience.

Skills
- Must have 2–4 years of experience in Blue Prism development projects.

- Must have experience with Virtual Machines and Active Directory.

- Must have technical skills to investigate and resolve common issues related to Blue Prism.

- Must have sound knowledge of:
- Process Studio

- Control Room

- Scheduling

- Work Queues

- Exception Handling

- Process Enhancement

- Ability to utilize critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of Release Management, Change Control, and Deployment processes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities
- Set up recent virtual machines and perform testing of processes on new virtual machines.

- Identify issues and provide fixes.

- Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and other RBC teams to manage dependencies.

- Coordinate project activities with onshore and offshore teams.

- Operate in a highly regulated,



change-controlled environment where attention to detail is critical.

- Balance and prioritize workload while assisting other team members as needed.

- Maintain and create support knowledge base documentation.

- Participate in team meetings.

Essential Skills

- 4+ years of Blue Prism developer experience.

- 6+ years of total IT development experience.

- 2–4 years of experience in Blue Prism development projects.
