We are seeking an experienced

RPA Blue Prism Developer with 6 8 years of IT experience and strong expertise in

Blue Prism automation development

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building, supporting, and enhancing RPA solutions while working in a regulated enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance Blue Prism automation solutions.

- Configure and test processes on Virtual Machines.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Blue Prism application and infrastructure issues.

- Manage Process Studio, Control Room, Scheduling, Work Queues, Exception Handling, and Process Enhancements.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver automation solutions.

- Support release management, change control, deployments, and production support.





- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

- Participate in Agile team meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- 6 8 years of overall IT experience with 2 4+ years of Blue Prism development.

- Robust hands-on experience with Blue Prism, Process Studio, Control Room, Scheduling, Work Queues, and Exception Handling.

- Experience with Virtual Machines and Active Directory.

- Knowledge of Release Management, Change Control, and Deployment processes.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
