Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Management (50%)
Define and communicate the product vision aligned with business objectives.
Translate business strategy into product strategy and high-level requirements.
Own, prioritize,
and execute the product roadmap throughout the product lifecycle.
Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer, business, and stakeholder requirements.
Identify product gaps and recommend innovative solutions to enhance customer value.
Scope and prioritize product initiatives based on business impact and strategic objectives.
Develop product positioning and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
Support product launches and adoption initiatives across the organization.
Stakeholder Engagement & Product Leadership (50%)
Serve as the primary liaison between business clients, stakeholders, and development teams.
Act as Product Owner during Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Provide product insights, documentation, and presentations to executive and business stakeholders.
Gather customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement.
Build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups and influence strategic decision-making.
Promote product awareness and advocate for product capabilities across the organization.
Represent the organization during customer engagements to gather market and user feedback.
