This part-time position involves maintaining COR certification, guiding protected work practices, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will engage with employees and leaders to create a proactive safety culture while managing incident reporting and continuous improvement tasks. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and enhance Ballad's Health & Safety Program
- Ensure compliance with Alberta Occupational Health & Safety laws




- Administer SiteDocs and digital safety documentation
- Deliver onboarding health and safety training for new hires
- Monitor incident reporting and recommend safety improvements Requirements:
- Minimum three years of safety experience
- Knowledge of Alberta health and safety legislation
- Background with COR-certified organizations
- Proficient in digital safety systems like SiteDocs
