Barrhaven, we’re looking for an energetic Sales Associate with part time availability to join our fast-growing studio. This role is perfect for someone who’s confident, outgoing, and passionate about changing lives.

Presenting the OTF concept to new guests Selling memberships and helping the studio thrive

Calling multiple prospective leads daily to book intro classes and follow up on interest

Actively participating in community outreach events to generate new leads and promote the studio

Building relationships with members and ensuring they have an amazing experience





Responsible for member retention through proactive member care phone calls

Assisting with front desk operations, phone calls, and member inquiries

Keeping the studio clean, organized, and welcoming

Collaborating with our coaching team to create an outstanding member experience
