- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts.
- Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain excellent communication skills with customers and team members,



including phone etiquette for remote inquiries.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks during busy periods and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in technology or electronics sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos confidently and clearly communicate technical information.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly advantageous for serving diverse customer bases.
- Robust organizational skills for merchandising, stock management, and POS operations.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, transactions, and inventory counts.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting while maintaining attention to detail.
