We're looking for an outgoing, people-first Sales and Customer Service Associate who enjoys real, in-person conversations and wants to build genuine sales and customer service skills. No experience necessary—we train you from the ground up and support your growth every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing

- Connect with homeowners in person, presenting telecommunications products and service options.
- Walk people through plans, packages, and features in a explicit, approachable way.
- Guide interested customers from first conversation through to a completed sign-up.
- Handle questions and concerns with patience, professionalism, and accuracy.
- Recommend products or services that genuinely fit a customer's needs, supporting overall sales goals.
- Keep accurate daily records of your activity and customer interactions.
- Stay current on promotions, plans, and product knowledge as they evolve.
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to keep building your skills.
