Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Merchandiser to join our team! Responsibilities

- Reset shelves, lifting boxes and climbing ladders, using machines: Order picker, reach and forklift.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure accurate pricing using POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with store management to plan merchandising layouts that maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers, answering questions, and guiding product selections.
- Maintain organized merchandising areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with store policies.




- Support store management with administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, sales reporting, and scheduling.

Requirements

- Proven experience in retail sales, merchandising.
- Must start at 6am. Own car is an asset.
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, and store operations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate others and oversee merchandising projects
- Basic administrative experience including record keeping and basic computer use.
