For over 25 years , Apex Trades Inc. has been importing and distributing premium food products to supermarkets, grocery chains and independent retailers across Canada.

We are looking for a motivated, energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to manage an established territory while continuing to grow our customer base.

Important: This is an outside sales position . You will spend most of your workday visiting stores throughout your territory. This is NOT a work-from-home, inside sales, or phone sales position.

Responsibilities

- Visit supermarkets and independent grocery stores throughout your assigned territory.
- Meet with store managers and department managers.
- Present promotions, flyers and new products.
- Take and submit customer orders using our online ordering system.
- Grow sales with existing customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Monitor pricing, shelf placement and inventory levels.
- Ensure products are properly merchandised and planograms are respected.
- Install promotional materials when required.
- Follow up on out-of-stock items.
- Work closely with our logistics team to resolve customer issues.
- Participate in sales blitzes,



merchandising projects and promotional events.
- Complete visit reports, mileage reports and expense reports.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (required)
- Fluent in both English and French (required)
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Reliable vehicle for daily travel (required)
- Comfortable working independently in the field

Preferred Qualifications
- Food and Grocery industry experience

Working Conditions
- Full-time, Permanent
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Daily travel within assigned territory

Compensation
- Sales commissions
- Two-tier commission program (existing customers + new business)
- Annual performance bonus
- Mileage reimbursement
