Our company is looking for Sales Representative

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversations
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume




- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain product details clearly in multiple languages if applicable

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related fields preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently
- Good organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy periods
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
