Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will drive business growth by developing new client relationships and managing existing accounts within the traffic control sector. Your expertise in outside sales, negotiation, and business development will be essential to expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

- Identify and pursue current sales opportunities through outside sales efforts and market analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners
- Present tailored traffic control solutions and negotiate contracts effectively
- Manage existing accounts to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Develop strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility in the construction industry




- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, leads, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver technical sales support and ensure client needs are met

Requirements

- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within related industries
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently
- Business development expertise with a proactive approach to expanding client base
- Excellent account management skills and customer service orientation
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and technology sales concepts
- Analytical skills for market research and sales data interpretation
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms for sales tracking
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment

Pay: $26.00-$35.00 per hour
