Salesforce Developer – Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud aligned with banking and wealth management use cases
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, SOQL/SOSL queries, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Configure and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud features including:
- Person Accounts
- Households
- Financial Accounts
- Action Plans
- Referrals
- Relationship Management
- Implement business automation using:
- Flows
- Approval Processes
- Process Builder
- Validation Rules
- Build and maintain integrations with core banking, KYC/AML, insurance, and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Ensure data security, sharing rules, role hierarchy, and compliance with financial regulations
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, unit testing, and production support
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions




- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and adhere to Salesforce best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform including:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL
- Metadata
- Proven experience implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud in banking, insurance, or wealth management programs
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in a regulated environment
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model and data governance
- Experience with API integrations and middleware tools (MuleSoft preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
