Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Technical Architect – Platform Architecture, Multi-Brand Governance & Salesforce OMS

Role Description

- 8 years of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) experience, including active hands-on development on a live, scaled production platform.
- Deep expertise in cartridge architecture.
- Solid experience in SCAPI/OCAPI design.
- Expertise in performance tuning.
- Ability to make and own technical decisions end-to-end, not just review them.
- Experience architecting and governing multi-instance, multi-brand SFCC environments.
- Define shared vs. brand-specific code boundaries.
- Establish cartridge inheritance strategies.
- Standardize CI/CD and deployment pipelines.
- Guide cross-brand engineering teams toward consistent, scalable patterns.
- Familiarity with Salesforce OMS architecture.
- Experience with order routing logic.




- Experience with fulfillment workflows.
- Knowledge of integration design between Salesforce OMS and SFCC storefronts.
- Contribute to a fully connected commerce ecosystem.
- Advise on post-purchase platform decisions.
