Minimum Experience

- 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.
- 6+ years of Revenue Cloud experience, including:
- Apex

- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce CPQ

Job Summary

- Experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect with deep expertise in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, including CPQ and Billing (Revenue Cloud).
- Solid experience in solution architecture, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and enterprise-scale implementations.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions.
- Work with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.
- Oversee and guide the technical aspects of Salesforce solution development and implementation.
- Work closely with business teams, stakeholders, developers, and IT professionals to optimize the Salesforce platform for organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions.
- Own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including:
- Pricing
- Quoting
- Contracts
- Billing
- Translate business requirements into scalable and well-architected Salesforce solutions.
- Implement and configure Salesforce CPQ solutions.
- Maintain and update CPQ applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ functionality, including:
- Product Rules
- Price Rules
- Quote Templates
- Contract Generation




- Design integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure seamless adoption of Salesforce CPQ.
- Hands-on knowledge of third-party applications integrating with CPQ, including:
- DocuSign
- S-Docs
- Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators related to CPQ.
- Configure and customize CPQ features, including:
- Product Configuration
- Pricing Rules
- Product Rules
- Quote Templates
- Approvals
- Develop custom functionality using:
- Apex (Triggers, Classes)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Work on the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including contract and billing processes.
- Design and develop custom solutions on the Force.com platform, including:
- Declarative Customization
- Apex
- Visualforce
- Lightning Components
- Data Modeling
- Integration
- Data Migration
- Provide detailed level-of-effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulate solution benefits and risks.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including:
- Design Specifications
- Deployment Guides
- System Support Guides
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, best practices, and new functionalities.
- Perform:
- Unit Testing
- Integration Testing




- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Create documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud and its capabilities.
- Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud expertise.
- Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development using:
- Apex

- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration tools, including:
- Process Builder
- Flow Builder
- Validation Rules
- Experience in:

- Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect.
