Salesforce Technical Lead – Salesforce Development, Integration & Data Migration Required Skills

Salesforce Development & Implementation

- Minimum 5 years of development experience on the Salesforce platform.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations with 300+ users.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications such as Oracle and SAP.
- Experience with at least one complex data migration project, including ETL efforts.
- Experience working with global delivery models.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools, including Informatica Cloud.
- Participation in all phases of Salesforce.com implementation, including:
- Requirements gathering
- Planning, analysis, and design
- Architecture, build, and deployment
- Support

Solution Design & Delivery
- Demonstrated ability in:
- Defining systems strategy
- Developing requirements
- Designing and prototyping solutions
- Testing
- Training
- Defining support procedures
- Implementing practical business solutions

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Technical Leadership

- Lead and own all technical aspects of Salesforce.com implementations and customizations, including:
- Data migrations




- Data quality
- System integrations
- Third-party applications
- AppExchange products
- Custom development

Development & Integration
- Manage development workstreams and teams using:
- Visualforce
- Apex
- Java
- AJAX
- Other Salesforce technologies
- Build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive business decisions.

Architecture & Best Practices
- Provide technical leadership and establish best practices for:
- Integration development
- Application development
- Deployment
- Testing
- Iterative refinement
- Identify opportunities to utilize Salesforce to improve business processes and productivity.
- Recommend solutions to support organizational growth and scalability.

Release & Change Management
- Define, communicate, and manage change management processes for:
- Recent application development
- Code releases
- Existing application updates
- Support CI/CD processes.
- Manage release management activities.
- Identify technical risks and issues.
- Support change control and change management processes.
