Role Description The Salesperson role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dorval. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing knowledgeable guidance on jewelry selections and services. The Salesperson will present products, explain features and materials, support custom orders, and coordinate jewelry repair requests.

This role includes processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring displays are clean,



organized, and visually appealing. The Salesperson will also help meet store sales targets, support promotional campaigns, and collaborate with team members to deliver a welcoming, skilled in-store experience.

Qualifications

Strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Sales, upselling, and basic retail merchandising skills.

Attention to detail and reliability in handling transactions, inventory, and documentation.

Ability to learn and explain product features, materials, and jewelry care.

Effective communication skills in English; French language skills are a strong asset.

Comfort working on-site, standing for extended periods, and supporting a busy retail environment.

Previous experience in retail or jewelry sales is an asset, but motivated candidates with transferable experience are welcome.

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
