Required Experience

- 5+ years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects (BO 4.x) administration, support, architecture, and development.

- Experience with application lifecycle management, BO upgrades, and universe migrations.

Technical Skills

- Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and relational database knowledge.

- Scripting experience with Perl, Shell, and PowerShell for automation.

- Administration of Linux and Windows server environments.

- Knowledge of enterprise architecture, server performance tuning, and security.

Core Skills

- Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and supporting UAT, deployment, and training.

- Understanding of data models, data structures, and solution design.

- Ability to evaluate and implement technology solutions aligned with business needs.

- Experience collaborating with business teams, IT, and vendors.

- Ability to act as the SME and primary point of contact for business-critical applications and projects.
