We are seeking a Senior SAP Human Resources Functional Analyst to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role will focus on designing and governing HR business processes while ensuring alignment with SAP standard capabilities and Clean Core principles.

This is an excellent chance for a senior SAP HR professional with strong experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with enterprise HR platforms, particularly Workday .

Responsibilities

- Lead SAP S/4HANA HR functional design across Hire-to-Retire processes.
- Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and drive Clean Core adoption.
- Design and validate HR business processes including Payroll, Compensation, and Time Management.
- Partner with business stakeholders and system integrators to review and approve functional designs.
- Lead HR functional governance throughout the design and implementation phases.
- Support integration design between SAP S/4HANA and enterprise HR platforms.
- Define functional test scenarios and support UAT, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.
- Ensure scalable,



standardized HR solutions while minimizing unnecessary customization.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of SAP HR/HCM functional experience.
- Extensive SAP S/4HANA HR functional expertise.
- Strong experience with:
- Payroll
- Compensation
- Time Management
- Hire-to-Retire processes
- Hands-on Workday to SAP integration experience (highly preferred).
- SAP SuccessFactors integration experience.
- Experience leading Fit-to-Standard workshops.
- Strong understanding of Clean Core principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP Fieldglass integration experience.
- SAP HCM Payroll expertise.
- SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or Workday certifications.
- Experience in the Energy, Utilities, or other highly regulated industries.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or ISTQB certification.
