Position: SAP IS-U Techno Functional Consultant (Billing | Device Management)

Location: Onsite- Calgary, AB

We are seeking an experienced SAP IS-U Techno Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP IS-U Billing, Device Management (DM), Meter-to-Cash (M2C), and Production Support . The ideal candidate should have robust experience in incident management, SAP IS-U configuration, billing operations, IDoc/IDEX processing, testing, and functional solutioning while supporting utility business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide production support for SAP IS-U Billing and Device Management (DM) processes.
- Analyze and resolve billing exceptions, incidents, and Meter-to-Cash (M2C) operational issues.
- Support Device Management activities including device installation, removal, meter readings, and integration issues.
- Manage IDEX/IDoc processing and troubleshoot data exchange failures.
- Perform SAP IS-U configuration changes for Billing and Device Management modules.
- Prepare functional specifications (WRICEF) for reports, workflows, interfaces,



enhancements, and forms.
- Execute Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT for SAP IS-U enhancements.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities using Microsoft Fabric technologies.
- Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver production support and project enhancements.
