Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)

Industry: Print & Packaging Manufacturing

Employment Type: Full time

Compensation annual: $85,000–$100,000 + Benefits

Mandatory Experience

- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) – Required
- Strong experience with full-cycle accounting and month-end/year-end close
- Experience preparing financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial reporting)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with operations and leadership

Preferred Experience

- Manufacturing costing
- Inventory accounting
- Standard costing or job costing
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Audit support
- ERP implementations or system enhancements
- CPA designation (completed or in progress) is considered an asset
